Australia Post is building a better way to design safety communications — the alerts, toolbox talks, notices and newsletters that are meant to keep people safe. The project is called Signal.
Right now, most safety messages are measured by whether they were sent and read. What we don't know is whether they were understood and acted on. That's the gap this survey helps us close.
